When I see this film, I say "the cats are the most handsome guys in the world" 60's: "EASY RIDER", when I see the begin of this film I say "I want a Harley" 70's: "PHANTOM OF THE PARADISE", The JUICY FRUITS opening in the film is the attitude I love in a cat style 80's: "STAND BY ME". The film have the best RnR soundtrack of any film. This is the first soundtrack I purchase on CD, and with this, I begin to love RnR 90's: "THE ADVENTURES OF FORD FAIRLANE". Great links and band info. it's nigh impossible to get any rockabilly music here in Chico. I work in a record store, and even I have a hard time special ordering cd's let alone anything on vinyl.

Its pretty lonely here in fresno,it seems as though there aren't very many of us around here and well, we don't get very many shows coming our way. This month dick dale is making an apperance, and next month deke dickerson. And , thats about it for around here. Atleast it's nice to see that the rockabilly scene is alive and kicking else where.

I just spent last weekend at Via Las Vegas, The 20000 Rockabilly Weekend. I don't see any info as to how the shows went. We were suprised to see HighNoon The Rockabilly Trio from Austin, Texas was back togather for this show. Looks to me they were the HIT of the weekend, to bad they,re not back togather on a permanent basis. They were brought back on stage for 3 encores and the crowd wanted more. Do you know if they will be touring anymore?

I am a member of many jive and rockabilly clubs in the Brisabane /Gold coast areas. I am unhappy with the club situaion here, as I can only dance 5 nights a week.
